With a fresh perspective and a passion for innovation, Joshua Keith brings a unique blend of energy, industry expertise, and a commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. 

Graduating with a bachelors degree in chemical engineering from Tuskegee University, Joshua took industrial manufacturing head on by entering the workforce as a process engineer. Upon  understanding the flow and operation of pulp and paper processes, in conjunction with leading cost savings projects equating to more than 3MM in cost savings, Joshua transpired that knowledge into becoming an Automation and Controls engineer. 

After completing and starting up a 700MM recycle facility, Joshua then took his skills to the educational realm, leading the advanced manufacturing department at one of the top technical community colleges in Alabama. Alongside instructing, Joshua led the management of completion for a 30MM technical facility. Upon completing this task, Joshua accepted a contracting role for a technical community college to coordinate and execute industrial maintenance trainings. 

 Joshua launched Olin Keith LLC in November 2022 with the intent and determination to fill the current gap in skillset, knowledge, and experience within the industrial manufacturing world today!    

Starting an apprentice program at one of the largest pulp and paper manufacturers in the world in 1976, Micheal Keith became one of the best Electrical/Instrumentation Technicians in the business. 

Over the years Micheal worked on numerous industrial projects within the United States and Canada, where he honed his skills in interpreting technical diagrams, conducting thorough equipment inspections, and ensuring the seamless integration of various electrical and instrumentation components. 

Micheal's expertise extends to a wide range of tasks, including analyzing and repairing control systems, calibrating instruments for accurate measurements, and conducting comprehensive safety assessments to uphold industry standards. 

Known for his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts, Micheal takes pride in his collaborative approach to problem-solving and delivering results that contribute to the success and efficiency of the organizations he serves. 

Micheal is excited to be a partner of Olin Keith LLC, where his goal is to give back his wealth of knowledge in the electrical and instrumentation field to help the industrial manufacturing industry thrive and progress!
